Alexis C. Crews

Founder & Policy Strategist


Alexis is a leading strategist and advisor in foreign policy and technology, working at the intersection of global governance, civil society, and social change. With extensive experience across the U.S. Government and the tech sector, she advises leaders on strategic policy and partnerships.

Previously, as Meta’s Strategic Advisor to the VP of Governance, she developed global strategic engagement and stakeholder strategies for Meta’s suite of apps, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. She began her career as a field organizer for President Obama’s re-election campaign and then served as Outreach Coordinator and Constituent Advocate in U.S. Senator Michael F. Bennet’s office, focusing on healthcare, education, and international security.

Alexis earned a Bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and a Master’s in International Relations from New York University. Currently based in New York, she is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
